How long will it take my order to arrive, and how will it be sent?

Anne sends all UK orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Anne doesn't charge for postage but the customer will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes or additional delivery charges. International orders totalling under £100 in price will not be accepted as the cost is prohibitive.

Anne is currently not accepting orders from the EU due to the complexity of the rules on exports. She can also not accept orders from the US due to the new rules on tariffs.

After your order is posted you will be sent an email with the tracking number so that you can trace it if it does not arrive within the expected time - one day for UK items.

Some items are held in stock but others are made to order. Stock items should normally sent within 5 days of the date of the order. Items made to order can take up to 4 weeks to be sent.
