Festival of Crafts, Farnham Maltings
Festival of Crafts is an autumn showcase of the UK's finest artisans. It takes place over the weekend of 10th-11th October 2026.
Part of Farnham Craft Month, this annual two-day event features a curated selection of handmade crafts across all media, including homewares, jewellery, ceramics, stationery, accessories, furniture, textiles and print.
The festival champions great design and the process of using both traditional and modern techniques and skills. This event offers a relaxed environment for visitors to browse and meet and buy directly from the makers.
I will be taking part alongside 21 other members of Design-Nation. We will have our own room at the venue.

Eastbourne College Contemporary Craft Show
Another new show from the Sussex Guild, this time in the graceful seaside town of Eastbourne. It runs over the weekend of Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th October.
From the Sussex Guild website: “We’re delighted to be exhibiting at Eastbourne College, another new venue for the Guild this year. It’s a stone’s throw from Towner gallery, in this culturally rich coastal town.
Members will be showing wonderful examples of handmade ceramics, furniture, glass, jewellery, knitwear, metalsmithing, textiles and woodwork. Work will be on display throughout the sports hall in the impressive Winn Building.
An inviting college café will be serving refreshments throughout the weekend, and there are plenty of cafés within the nearby Devonshire Quarter, Eastbourne’s cultural centre, as well as the seafront promenade.
Assistance dogs only are permitted. There is a short flight of stairs to the venue. A lift is available for those with mobility issues.”
See the website for details of opening times, parking and rail travel.
